More than two thirds of all North Carolinians support the common-sense requirement of voters to show a valid photo ID before casting a ballot. The General Assembly has proposed an amendment to the North Carolina Constitution that will prevent fraud and guarantee fair and honest elections in North Carolina by requiring voter ID at the polls, beginning in 2020.
